Training

Every single client will go through a full assessment, this will look at presenting problems, core function, postural analysis, length tension relationships, lifestyle factors and many more. These will help determine the appropriate measures to take to ensure success with your program.

Specific packages can be drawn up at the consultation phase.

All programs are geared toward long term health, wellbeing and fitness.

Each individual program will include all the facets required to maximise improvements and set you on the way to your goals. Programs could include: postural correction, lifestyle changes, corrective exercise, nutrition guidelines, exercise and relaxation techniques and specific referrals if required.

Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching

Achieve optimal health and fitness through practical nutrition and lifestyle coaching. With this nutrition and lifestyle coaching program, you will look at not merely your food intake, but how sleep, stress, digestion, exercise are all inter-related and how to optimise these to your advantage.

Understand how each bout of exercise or every meal has a hormonal response and how these are affecting you.

Metabolic Typing ™ is used to individualise nutrition for every client, helping you to understand how one person's food is another person's poison. Learn what type of food your body can metabolise most effectively, and learn to understand your body and how it responds to what you put in it. This is a chance to really awaken your body. Stop surviving and start living!
